Montana Marriage Licenses

Applications and/or Documents Required: Bring along original copies of the following (and be sure pack these in your hand luggage, never in your checked bags):

• photo id or other identification

• certified birth certificate

• previously married persons must provide a certified divorce decree

Residency Requirements: none.

Waiting Period: three days

Blood Test: Brides must take a test for rubella.
