Residency Requirements: none.

Waiting Period: three days

Blood Test: Medical tests are required of the bride and groom. Both are checked for syphilis; both are given AIDS information. Brides are offered a voluntary test for rubella. For more information on medical tests, contact:

Performing of Cermony: You may have a relative or friend perform your wedding! This takes a little pre-planning; the whole process takes four to six weeks.
