Applications and/or Documents Required: Bring along original copies of the following (and be sure pack these in your hand luggage, never in your checked bags):

• birth certificate

• driver's license

• proof of divorce or death, if previously married

Residency Requirements: none. Residents of Maryland must apply for the license in the county in which they reside.

Waiting Period: two days

Blood Test: None.
