Applications and/or Documents Required: Bring along original copies of the following (and be sure pack these in your hand luggage, never in your checked bags):

• two forms of ID: driver's license, passport, military ID, state issued ID, resident alien form.

• copy of divorce decree, if divorced within the last six months.

Waiting Period: none

Blood Test: Georgia recently revised their law; blood tests are no longer required.
