Colorado Marriage Regulations

Applications and/or Documents Required: Bring along original copies of the following (and be sure pack these in your hand luggage, never in your checked bags):

• proof of age (This can be a passport, visa, military ID card, driver's license, birth certificate or state ID card.)

• proof of divorce isn't required but you will need to swear that you are providing all information on prior marriages

Residency Requirements: none

Waiting Period: none

Blood Test: No blood test is required.

Solemnizing Your Own Marriage: Don't want a stranger to stand up before you to solemnize your relationship? In Colorado, it's legal for the two of you to solemnize your own marriage. You'll still need a marriage license.
