How to Get Married in Cuba

Required Documents: You'll need to bring the following with you:

Bride & Groom's Birth Certificates.

Bride & Groom's passports (No translation required for Birth Certificates & Passports in English or French)

Previously Married: If either of you has been divorced or widowed, you'll need to bring a notarized copy of the Divorce Decree final judgement or the Notarized copy of Spouse's Death Certificate. Note: these documents must be translated into Spanish and authenticated by the Cuban Consulate in the country where they were issued.

Civil Ceremonies: Only civil ceremonies are binding in Cuba. Weddings can only be performed on weekdays.
