How to Get Married in Prince Edward Island
A religious ceremony
can be solemnized by any clergy who is registered with the province
(Issuers of Marriage Licenses will have a complete list). A Civil Ceremony can
be performed by a Judge of the County Court. Applications and/or
Documents Required: Bring along original copies of the following
(and be sure pack these in your hand luggage, never in your checked

none Note: To apply for the marriage license, you must make an appointment with the Vital Statistics office. The Marriage License will be issued at the same time your application is processed, providing you are both present and have all the required documents with you.
