Weddings at Garrafon

How would you like to be the first two people in Mexico to see the sun rise? It's possible with a wedding at Cliff of the Dawn, located on the easternmost shore of Isla Mujeres. Part of El Garrafon park, this historic point is the first place in Mexico which sees the sun rise daily. It's also the home of a small Mayan temple built for Goddess of the Moon and Fertility, Ixchel.

Large Wedding or Small?

Garrafon can accommodate all sizes of weddings, from intimate ceremonies at Cliff of the Dawn to much large affairs in the garden and restaurant areas.

The garden area can be decorated for up to 550 guests while the Tamarindos Restaurant, a beautiful open-air eatery with a great view, can set up to 250.
