Food For Action! If you are taking your lover out for dinner, here is what you should look for in a restaurant: First select a spacious restaurant with a feeling of intimacy. When thinking about the menu it is important to make sure the food is light and not too rich, so not to spoil the bedroom gymnastics later on. Also look for subtle flavors (easy on the garlic). If you chose to stay close to the bedroom, start with champagne to get you relaxed. Oysters set in champagne jelly are a great intro to your night of love. Then refresh the palette with a rosehip sorbet moving on to a main course of lobster. Consider sharing the main course, which can be good fun and is very tasty. Don't forget the wine! Something light and crisp, not too heavy. Climax with the desert, maybe play with the shape (i.e. a heart-shaped fruit tart). A dessert for two people would be fun. If you're feeling extra enthusiastic make it for four and invite the neighbors. A Passion fruit soufflé or tropical fruits and Malibu Rum baked en papillotte (in a paper bag). Rip the bag open at the table (for extra drama and excitement) allowing the aroma to escape teasing your lover's senses. Finish up with a liquour coffee and strawberries dipped in chocolate. The rest is up to you! By John Hardwick
