Style: Presently the largest resort in the Sandals
chain, this mega-property was once two properties and still has two
distinct styles. On the beach side of the property (called the "riviera"
side), you'll find low-rise buildings and rooms with easy beach access.
On the "manor" side, you'll find the greathouse (with the
largest public areas) and the villas.
The
most unique aspect of this all-inclusive property are its villas and
are a good way for couples to sample a villa vacation but still enjoying
the conveniences of a resort vacation. Some of the villas are fairly
far from the public areas and have their own private pools; other villas
have as many as four individual guest suites, each with its own kitchen
and living area, that share a single pool.
Butler
service is available in some classes; couples can also opt for the
chef to prepare a special meal in their villa for an additional fee.
Guests on both sides can hop a trolley to the beach club
or Jamaica's largest pool complex, which is directly behind the manor
house.
