Who Are The Butlers? Butlers at the resorts will be professionally trained and certified as part of an exclusive partnership with the Guild of Professional English Butlers. The London guild is known for its renowned training of individuals worldwide for careers in Five Star hotels, Royal Palaces and Embassies in various capital cities.

Who Gets Butlers: Available to guests booking the highest-level of opulent suites at any of Sandals and Beaches 12 Signature Collection Resorts, Butler Service will be included in the ultra all-inclusive package.

What they Do: Butlers at the resorts will take pride in knowing guests’ preferences prior to their arrival.  In addition, they will attend to guests’ every need including private in-suite check-in, unpacking and packing of clothing, even drawing a bubble bath upon request or orchestrating in-suite gourmet dining on their private terrace.
