The ceremony is
held at the resort's wedding pavilion, which is surrounded by
colorfully planted gardens. The wedding package includes a ceremony
for a wedding party of up to 8 people, registration fees, decoration
of the wedding area, a bridal bouquet, boutonniere, centerpiece
for the wedding table, wedding cake, champagne toast, and wedding
dinner at one of the resorts a la carte restaurants. Accommodations
are not included.
Additional guests
and extras such as a photographer, live Mariachi music, flower
arrangements for bridesmaids, hairstyling and makeup are also
available for an extra charge. Children under 16 are free of
charge. Those wedding guests who are not staying at the Iberostar
Paraiso del Mar or Iberostar Paraiso Beach can purchase day
passes to enjoy all the resort's amenities for about $55.
After the wedding, these two properties are the perfect place
for the couple to enjoy a private honeymoon on Mexico's Riviera
Maya coast, while a wide array of activities are available to
guests. Activities include sailing, windsurfing, sea kayaking,
and snorkeling, as well as tennis, beach volleyball, basketball
and an extensive gymnasium. The property boasts 14 restaurants
and bars, including a Brazilian steakhouse, a Japanese restaurant
to casual buffet style dining and snack bars to even a discotheque
and cigar bar.
The Iberostar Tucan and Ibersotar Queztal resorts located just
a few minutes South in Playa del Carmen offer similar wedding
