It's smooth sailing ahead when you venture toward wedded bliss aboard the graceful sailing vessel, Voyager. The 100-foot replica of an 1840s gaff-rigged packet schooner sails out of Amelia Island, Florida where she cruises the picturesque just off the Florida-Georgia state line. Launched in Virginia in 1978, Voyager was constructed according to vintage plans dating to the mid-19th century. Her original owner, a Mystic, Connecticut resident, combined key elements of the original design with a few updated personal touches. The result is an elegant sailing ship that's U.S. Coast Guard certified to accommodate up to 49 guests.

Weddings aboard Voyager range from laid-back casual to ultra formal. Imagine you and your betrothed surrounded by loved ones. Standing on deck at sunset as Voyager cruises gently away from Amelia Island toward the sandy shores of nearby Cumberland Island, you glimpse wild horses galloping on the beach and playful dolphins cavorting in the bay. You share heartfelt vows. Gazing toward to horizon, you raise a glass to toast your first moments as husband and wife.
